If you ever need someone to help you postpone doing laundry until the very last minute, just give me a call. It was supposed to be laundry night a couple of days ago but I think it was sunny and I got sidetracked. That happens. I get really flaky when the weather warms up after winter. You'd think that after 21 winters I'd be used to it by now but I think winter affects me differently every year.
Today I made really yummy homemade pizza with Erin and Jeremie. We put baked eggplant slices and artichoke hearts on our pizza along with the requisite tomato sauce and cheese. They were very delicious pizzas. I will put the dough recipe up in the recipe box. Very easy to make, you just have to allow time for the dough to rise. Don't worry if you kinda screw up the yeast like I did today, it still turns out ok. I wasn't paying attention and I used cold water from the tap. It should have been lukewarm, but oh well. It sure tasted yummy.
