Now don't you think that today would be a better day to really play an April Fool's joke on someone? Everyone is on the lookout on April 1, prepaired for something just a tad out of the ordinary to happen. By April 2 they've already let down they're guard.
Tip: if you plan a really awesome April Fool's joke, saving it for April 2 can work for you in one of two ways:
1. If someone played an April 1 Fool's joke on you, they look ordinary but people will laugh at you anyway. If you plan to play your joke on April 2 and get them back goooood, everyone will think you're really clever for coming up with such a great joke on short notice.
2. People will think you're just so darn original. Yeah, I know this one doesn't sound as good, but the fact that your target will be completely unsuspecting makes up for it.
