I sincerely apologize to the couple of people who have recently emailed me for not responding yet. I have been an evil email responder. Forgive me, it's been a rough weekend. I'm not really in the mood to go into details, but it's been filled with migranes, homework and too much thinking. To top it off today, I was all excited to go to the grocery store and my car wouldn't start. After 15 minutes of attempting to jump start it, we gave up. I really hope it starts tomorrow when we try to jump it again. At this point, I hate winter or at the very least, snow. Listening to Tori is making me feel mildly better in a nice, angry way. For future reference, "Take to the Sky" is an excellent song. If you haven't heard it, make an effort to get ahold of it. I wish i knew where my walkman was. I want to run to music that doesn't skip. Blah. If you find it, let me know please. It is very important to stay hydrated in the winter. Drink plenty of water or sugar free koolaid. Don't have too much juice cause it makes you thirsty and stay away from non-herbal teas. Tannins suck. Green tea is good for you so have some of that or some nice camomile. That's good too. And take your vitamins, ok? Another really important thing is not to get isolated and lonely and stuff. Call up a friend or relative and just talk. Everyone gets the blues in winter; some just a little bit and some a bit more. I tend towards the more side of the scale. Friends can help. At the very least, strike up a nice email conversation with someone. Ok. Enough preaching/advise. I can't see the screen anymore so it's time for bed. Night night, all. |
