Banana Bread

Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a medium bowl. In a larger bowl, cream the vegetable shortening and the sugar. Add the beaten eggs to the creamed mixture and beat well. Alternate adding the flour and the mashed bananas to the creamed mixture. Pour the mixture into two slightly greased mini loaf pans or 1 regular loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 70 minutes.
