
Black Bean Dip
| black beans | 1 15-16 ounce can, drained and rinsed |
| salsa | 1 cup |
| cumin | 1 teaspoon |
| salt | 1 teaspoon or to taste |

| In a food processor or a blender
(I use a food processor) add all ingredients and puree until the mixture
is a chunky paste, or until it reaches the texture you desire. This dip is very tasty and fat free. It makes a great filling for vegetarian tacos. |
